Event Issues

An event does not appear as current

Check:

• event end date
• event status
• current versus past filter

An event disappears after delete

Deleted events are hidden from active event lists and should no longer count as active.

Registration Form Issues

Countdown still shows or does not show

Check:

• the event has a registration deadline
• the form has showCountdown enabled
• the public registration app is using the latest deployed functions payload

Registration form fields do not match the event

Check:

• event field configuration
• which fields are selected on the registration form

Badge Holder Issues

Total registrations do not match expectation

The organization-level badge holder total is the authoritative count for badge holder history and related limit tracking.

A holder is not available in an event

Check:

• assignment to the event
• group filters
• event participant status

Builder Issues

Font looks different in PDF than in preview

Usually this means:

• the browser has the font available
• the PDF export pipeline does not have matching local font files

Line height or spacing looks wrong in export

Check:

• builder field settings
• preview output
• export rendering logic

Permissions Issues

Edit or delete actions are missing

Check:

• current organization role
• organization context
• feature or plan restrictions
