Plans and Limits
Tagmer applies plan-based limits to several core resources and features.
Common Limit Categories
Plans may restrict:
- badge holders
- active events
- users
- registration forms per event
- templates per event
Feature Availability
Plans may also control access to:
- QR and barcode workflows
- smart groups
- approved notifications
- lead scanning
Where Limits Appear
Limits are surfaced in the UI in places such as:
- events overview
- badge holders overview
- registration form creation
- template creation
- user management
Interpreting Dashboard Values
- active event usage is based on plan event limits
- registration totals should align with organization badge holder totals
- unlimited plans should be displayed as unlimited rather than as numeric progress against

When to Review Plan Configuration
Review plan limits when:
- a create button is disabled
- a feature is hidden
- an action throws a failed-precondition error
- counts do not match expected organization capacity
