Badge Holders

Badge holders are the organization-level attendee records used across events.

This area acts as the historical attendee registry for the organization.

Badge Holder Data

A badge holder record may include:

  • first name
  • last name
  • email
  • company
  • title
  • groups
  • photo
  • custom fields

Badge Holders Page

The badge holders page supports:

  • search
  • filtering by group
  • paging through results
  • assigning holders to events
  • deleting holders

Total Badge Holder Count

The platform tracks an organization-level badge holder total. This value is also used in dashboard and plan limit views.

Assigning to Events

Badge holders can be assigned into active events from the badge holder interface.

This is useful when:

  • registration is not the only source of attendees
  • an attendee should be added to multiple events
  • attendee data already exists at the organization level
